Please know we have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy or 50% fee applies. No show or cancel within the hour and 100% fee applies.
Please ensure you have read all studio policies prior to booking an appointment. These can be found in “Studio policies” at the bottom of the website. Please note the tattoo T&C’S are DIFFERENT than our standard policy.
If you have existing tattooing completed elsewhere you MUST gain approval prior to booking an appointment = schedule a consultation prior to booking any treatment or send images of your brows via email or Instagram. In the event that you arrive for an appointment without prior approval and the technician is unable to cover your existing tattoos, full payment for the treatment will still be required.
We kindly request that clients prioritise the health and safety of both themselves and our staff by rescheduling appointments if they are unwell. It is standard practice to refrain from attending appointments when experiencing illness to mitigate the spread of germs. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept the potential risk of falling ill and subsequently being unable to attend, thus incurring applicable fees. Please note that since April 2022, normal fee’s have been implemented for missed appointments due to Covid-19, given its continued presence in the community since 2021.
Please know as of June 1st 2024 a small eftpos fee applies on all services. Visa/Mastercard/Applepay = 1.65% Debit (Chq/Savings) = $0.30.
