Packages FAQs

How do I purchase a package?

To book you can complete booking form below or book in salon. You pay 50% of total package upon booking, and remaining 50% at your first appointment.

How do I book once I have purchased my package?

Once you have purchased your package it will appear when you log in to the online booking system

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy for bookings made within my package?

Please note that the cancellation/rescheduling policy for packages is different to our normal salon policy. For all packages a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or reschedule requests to retain the visit in your package. Any cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours or less will mean the visit is cancelled and no longer redeemable.

How do I cancel or resechedule a booking that I made from my package?

Can I exchange my package for other services?

Services within packages cannot be exchanged for other services. Similary unused portions of packages can not be returned for credit.

Where can I see how many visits I have left in my package?

EDC is currently working on an EDC booking App that will allow tracking of packages. Until this is ready you will be given a physical card at the time of your first booking. Please note all of your activity is recorded on our inhouse sytem so you can call us at anytime to check your balance.

Can I transfer the services in my package to someone alse?

Packages exist within your client ID in our booking system. They can not be transferred to another person for redemption. Similarly packages can not be shared with anther person.
